Alloy cored wire is a material that crushes various additives (deoxidizers, desulfurizers, modifiers, alloys, etc.) to a certain particle size and then wraps them with a cold-rolled low-carbon steel strip to form a cored wire of any length.

Casi alloy cored wire is an additive used in steel making that is beneficial for adjusting and controlling the content of easily oxidizable elements and trace elements. It can significantly increase alloy recovery rates, reduce smelting costs, and shorten the smelting time. During the steel making process, the proper use of silicon calcium cored wire can purify the molten steel and partially alter the nature and form of inclusions, thereby improving the quality of the steel and enhancing the casting condition.
